Is Almond Milk Good For You?
We are continually being asked if almond milk is right for you. The fact is, yes, the milk of the cow is better. BUT, unless you have ‘whole’ almonds in your mixed milk, we do not consider it to be the most nutritious. I know that clean food enthusiasts’ rage is all almond milk these days. Mandy milk is only suitable for you if it’s not almond milk that is stressed. Most companies add sugar to a couple of tablespoons, so they don’t sell a lot of food.
Should Almond Milk be Watery?
I don’t want to knock on brands with names, but did you find that it is watery? Some common almond milk brands are likely to be watery because they’re not “full” almond milk. The disparity between drinking whole milk and skim milk is like that. Considering that cow’s milk doesn’t fit well, I have to settle for the watery almond milk bought in-store over skim milk if I push to shove it. This is not because almond milk has health advantages over cow’s milk.
There is only one explanation of why I should prefer to buy highly stressed almond milk from the store over cow’s milk. At least, not all the negatives in cow’s milk are bundled in the almond milk. However, it does not matter that watery almond milk is a dense drink of nutrients. The problem is that the vast majority of brands contain less than 5% almonds. Commercially-produced milk contains. At the same time, water with some emulsifiers and added synthetic nutrients consist of the remaining milk.
